Vegan Elote Hot Dogs

Cook your corn on the cob on a hot grill (or grill pan) for 7 minutes on both sides or until charred. Once corn is almost done cooking add your Sweet Earth Jumbo Vegan Hot Dogs to the grill and cook for a few minutes on both sides until grill marks appear. Once your corn is ready, cut the corn kernels off the cob into a bowl. To the corn add vegan mayo, vegan crumbled cheese, juice of a lime, pinch of salt and pepper, chili powder and mix. To assemble hot dog, toast hot dog bun on grill (optional) then slather your choice of condiments, add sliced avocado, your Sweet Earth hot dog, and top it off with elote (prepared corn) and freshly chopped cilantro!
