VEGAN CREAM CHEESE AVOCADO ROLL w/ crunchy crumbs

1. Combine avocados, cilantro, onion, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, serrano pepper. Mash all together and taste...adjust as needed.
2. 25 minutes before assembling the roll, place your cream cheese in freezer. Take out of freezer once guac is made. Lay a piece of foil down then add your cream cheese. Place another piece of foil on top. Roll out with rolling pin evenly. Peel off the foil then add guac in a log shape... carefully pick up the end on the foil and roll over * like you're making a sushi roll* then place in fridge till ready to serve.
3. In a large zip lock add @plantsnacks cassava root chips + harissa blend spice... zip up and whack with a rolling pin to create crumbs.
4. Take roll out of fridge, carefully roll onto a serving dish and cover with crumbs! Enjoy!
