TOFU AVOCADO TOAST!

Slice bread, spread an even layer of vegan butter then toast your bread on a pan until golden. Add a layer of a sauce of your choice (like the homemade avocado jalapeño crema). Remove tofu from package, slice 1/4 inch thick pieces then add to toast. Season with salt and pepper then top with avocado slices, pickled onions, a little drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, another small pinch of salt and pepper (if desired), chili pepper flakes or salsa macha to your liking!
