Sweet potato fries with bean guac and all the works.

Begin by cutting your sweet potatoes into fry shape form. Place in a large Ziploc bag along with curry powder, salt, pepper. Seal the bag and shake until all the fries are well coated. Place in the oven for 35 minutes at 425°F. Meanwhile in a small bowl combine avocado, mashed beans, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Prepare your veggies by slicing them! Once fries are done, put on a serving dish and put a generous amount of the guac/bean mix. Top with your veggies give a sprinkle of lime juice, and finish off with a sprinkle of cilantro 🤗
