Instructions

Slice onion / jalapeños, add to jar, along with garlic cloves. In a pot combine all the ingredients and let it come to a simmer. Should take 5-6 minutes. Turn off heat, let it cool for 10 minutes then pour into the jar. Let it sit on counter for 45 mins to an hour & enjoy! Store in fridge, longer they sit the more pickled / better they taste!
