Lactation Cookies!

If you need to make your oat flour from scratch, simply add a heaping 1 cup rolled oats to a blender and blend on high for 1 minute or until flour is formed.

1. In a large bowl add ground flax and water. Mix and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. To the bowl add almond butter, melted coconut oil, pure maple syrup and coconut sugar. Mix well to combine.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until cookie dough is formed. If adding brewer's yeast powder, add it now with the flours. Add the dough to the fridge and let sit for at least 2 hours or 1 hour in freezer before baking.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Bake for 14 minutes or until edges are barely golden.
