RECIPE Makes 1 1 shot of espresso 2 ounces vodka 1 ounce pure maple syrup 4 ounces horchata Cinnamon stick for garnish Brown sugar + ground cinnamon for the rim Make or buy your horchata. Most store bought / restaurant horchata is not vegan FYI! Best to make your own! To a small plate add 3 tbsp brown sugar and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and mix to combine. Prepare your espresso. In a shaker combine espresso, vodka, pure maple syrup. Shake with ice then add to a cup w/ fresh ice that is also rimmed with brown sugar + cinnamon) Pour then add in horchata and enjoy! #vegan #recipe #horchata #cocktail
