CREAMY CHIPOTLE CABBAGE SALAD

Combine all dressing ingredients (juice of 1 lime, 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup, 1-2 tbsp chipotle hot sauce) in a cup or bowl and mix together. Add all your salad ingredients (1/2 head cabbage diced small, 1 large cucumber diced small, 1 can of chickpeas, 1/4 cup chopped pickled onions, 1 diced avocado, 1/4 cup roasted walnuts, and meaty option of choice) in a separate bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss! Season the salad with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper to your liking.
