Carmalized Banana Nut Oats

1. In a sauce pan combine oats, water, almond milk, maca powder, cinnamon, and half a mashed banana. Cook on medium to low heat for 3-4 minutes or until oatmeal is creamy.
2. Slice the other half of the banana in half. Brush maple syrup on the bottom of the banana slices and put them on a small pan on medium heat. Cook for 1 minute or until caramelized.
3. Pour oatmeal into a bowl and top with caramelized banana, chia seeds, coconut shreds, and nut butter. Enjoy!
